The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership, communicates with clarity, builds trust with clients, and consistently delivers high-quality integration solutions.
Requirements:
Workday Integrations Support
- Provide ongoing post-production and AMS support for Workday integrations.
- Independently troubleshoot complex integration failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver accurate, timely resolutions.
- Own and deliver integration enhancements and Phase X requests – scoping work, gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing testing, coordinating deployment, and documenting outcomes.
- Maintain and optimize existing integrations, including:
- Workday Studio integrations
- Core Connectors (Worker, Benefits, Payroll, Financials, etc.)
- EIB (inbound and outbound)
- PECI and payroll-related integrations
- Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
- SFTP and middleware integrations
- Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve stability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure all integration solutions align with Workday best practices, security standards, data governance requirements, and downstream system impacts.
- Anticipate potential integration risks during Workday bi-annual releases and lead regression testing and remediation efforts.
Client Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients’ integration support and enhancement needs.
- Communicate clearly, setting expectations and translating technical integration concepts into business-friendly language.
- Demonstrate strong customer success behaviors: reliability, follow-through, thoughtful problem-solving, and consistency.
- Build rapport and credibility by understanding client architecture, vendor landscape, and operational priorities.
- Provide structured documentation including integration design documents (IDDs), technical specifications, testing results, and support runbooks.
Team Collaboration
- Operate independently with limited oversight while collaborating effectively with Acuity colleagues across functional and technical teams.
- Partner with functional consultants to ensure integrations align with business process design and configuration changes.
- Share knowledge, contribute to internal standards, and help build reusable assets and best practices for integrations support.
- Manage and prioritize workload across multiple clients or competing support requests, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Approach work with accountability, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset.
